Rental package duration?
Our standard lease period is 12 weeks – however as our service is tailored to your requirements other minimum lease periods are available. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
What is your delivery process?
On installation day, our experienced delivery and installations team will arrive with a Design Curator to carefully unload and move everything into your property. Our team will then set everything up, arrange the layout to show the best parts of your home, clean all items and style into position. All this takes only one day.
What is your turnaround time?
Our average turnaround time is 10 days from date of receiving your deposit, however depending on our stock availability and your property’s requirements it can be possible to turnaround in as little as 1 week.
What if I don’t have a floor plan?
Whilst a floorplan ensures a more accurate appraisal, we can still provide you a ball-park estimate with a description of your property, the rooms needing to be staged and the approximate size.
What is your pricing?
Our pricing is based solely on the size of your property and how much stock is required to stage it. As our service is tailored, we work closely with our clients to meet budget constraints and can also offer part-staged solutions to focus on the most necessary areas of your property.
